Study Design
Primary Objective: Compare portal flow modulation
strategies (splenic artery ligation vs. hemi-portocaval
shunts as selective modulation based on intraoperative
portal pressure/flow measurements) in LDLT recipients
with GRWR <0.75.
Primary Outcome
• Composite endpoint of SFSS-free
survival at 90 days
Secondary Outcome
• Graft and patient survival at 1 and 3 years
• Post-operative complications (biliary, vascular, infectious)
• Graft regeneration
• Incidence of EAD, SFSS
