Multicenter retrospective observational study

•Inclusion criteria
All patients with Biliary atresia who were diagnosed to have Portal vein thrombosis or stenosis atleast one month after LDLT
All patients who develop early (< 1 month) portal vein complications, but could be salvaged by redo surgery or ballooning or stenting
Diagnosis of Portal vein thrombosis/stenosis should be made by a good quality CT and not just by doppler
•Exclusion Criteria
All patients with Biliary atresia who develop early portal vein thrombosis/stenosis (< 1month) who could not be salvaged
Primary Outcome
To study the clinical presentation and management of patients with Biliary atresia who develop late portal vein complications(> 1 month) after Living donor liver transplantation
Secondary Outcome
To study incidence and Median Overall survival of patients with Biliary atresia who develop late portal vein complications (> 1 month) after Living donor liver transplantation
