Study Design
Prospective, multi-center, observational cohort study.
• Inclusion Criteria
- Adult LDLT recipients undergoing right or left lobe living donor transplantation.
- The presence of complex portal vein anatomy (e.g., type II/III/IV variants, multiple portal branches, double PV orifices, segmental anomalies, or thrombosis requiring reconstruction).
Primary Outcome
- Technical success (graft portal vein patency at 1-month post-LDLT)
- Rate of portal vein-related complications
Secondary Outcome
- Patient/graft survival at 1, 3, and 5 years
- Requirement for interventional radiology or surgical revision
- Comparison of outcomes between different reconstruction techniques
