Vanguard Committee

Aims:

  1. Nurturing Young Leaders: To encourage young professionals in liver transplantation and provide them with opportunities to develop leadership skills.
  2. Mentorship and Guidance: To connect young members with experienced LTSI members for guidance in clinical practice, academics, research, and career development.
  3. Encouraging New Ideas: To provide a platform for young professionals to share new ideas and contribute to the future development of liver transplantation in India.
  4. Building Collaboration: To promote interaction and collaboration among young professionals from different transplant centres across the country.
  5. Active Participation in LTSI: To encourage young members to actively participate in LTSI academic programs, conferences, research initiatives, and other activities of the society.

Objectives:

  1. Vanguard sessions at the annual and mid-term LTSI meetings focusing on clinical, academic, and professional issues relevant to young transplant professionals.
  2. Collaborative academic initiatives involving young members in multicentric research, educational projects, and other LTSI activities.
  3. initiatives connecting young members with senior members of LTSI for academic and professional guidance.
