- Legal aspects of organ transplantation, donor assessment, organ preservation techniques (static cold storage, machine perfusion), and allocation systems.
- Indications for Liver Transplantation:
- Evaluation of disease severity, management of acute liver failure, chronic liver disease, and special considerations for combined transplants.
- Live Liver Donation:
- Donor assessment, surgical techniques (open, laparoscopic, robotic), and post-operative management.
